LATEST NEWS: Updated 15th August 2017
THE END OF AN ERA....
After 26 years of tireless service to the town of Bilston, Dr Naren Mudigonda will be hanging up his stethoscope for good and is retiring on Thursday 31st August 2017. He will be running his last clinic on this day as per normal.
We will be having a small gathering at the practice on this day; if you would like to join us please let reception know before Monday 28th August so we can plan the catering accordingly.
All of the staff at the practice have been privileged to work alongside Dr Mudigonda and he leaves with our utmost love and respect. Many patients have also expressed similar sentiments, and Dr Mudigonda has been very touched by these kind wishes.
Thank you for everything Dr - to say you will be missed is an understatement.
FRIENDS AND FAMILY TEST
The Friends and Family Test is a very short survey which asks you to rate our practice and say whether you would recommend our services to your friends and family. The FFT takes only a few minutes to complete so if you are interested:
- Please ask for a card from your GP/nurse after consultation
- Ask at reception for a card
- Simply complete on this website by clicking on the "Friend and Family Test" link opposite this page.
PLEASE NOTE: The website will be providing regular updates of the number of completed surveys the practice has received. However we will not be publishing any individual patient comments on our website at this time and will inform you as soon as the situation changes.
The premises are suitable for disabled persons providing for wheelchair access and a disabled persons toilet.
Our practice fully supports mothers who wish to breastfeed their baby. This may be done in public areas but should you require some privacy, please ask a member of staff who will be happy to arrange a room for you.
Need some privacy?
Please inform a member of staff if you wish to breastfeed your baby in private or discuss a matter away from the main reception area.
