LATEST NEWS: Updated 16th August 2016
FLU VACCINATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM SEPTEMBER 26TH
Flu season is upon us once more and we encourage all eligible patients to book in for their vaccination.
Appointments for the vaccination can be booked at reception as normal with Sarah our Nurse, Marie our Healthcare Assistant or the doctors.
In addition, we will be having additional clinics specifically for the flu jab with Marie our Healthcare Assistant on the following dates:
Monday 26th September 2016: 4 - 6:30pm
Monday October 3rd 2016: 4 - 6:30pm
Do not worry if these clinics become fully booked - we hope to put more clinics on and all future dates will be posted on this website and also at reception.
Please also be assured that if you are eligible, you will never be turned down for the vaccination - we will always find a time and date with one of the clinicians.
If you think you are eligible for the flu vaccination, we strongly encourage you to contact reception to make an appointment.
OUR NEXT PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP MEETING - WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 14TH
Our next PPG meeting will be held at Bilston Health Centre on
Wednesday September 14th, from 1.30pm until 3pm
PPG Meetings are an excellent chance for you to hear about new services which are being offered by the practice.
They are also a great opportunity to let us know about anything which you think is either good or not so good.
PPG meetings are open to all patients who are registered with Dr Mudigonda's practice, but if you are not able to come to the meeting and would like an issue to be discussed, do not worry!
We now have a dedicated PPG email address which can be used to highlight any issues which you want to be raised at the meeting. Any issues will be added to the meeting agenda and you will be emailed back with any updates.
If there is anything that you would like us to raise in the next PPG meeting but you are not able to attend, please email Mohan Mudigonda the practice manager at:
(PLEASE NOTE: We cannot deal with any individual issues relating to health or personal issues between patient and doctors via this email address.)
We would sincerely like to thank our patients for continuing to support the Patient Participation Group meetings. Your feedback and support help us to help you! :)

NAMED ACCOUNTABLE GP
All patients at Dr Mudigonda's practice have been allocated a named GP who will be responsible for that patient's overall care.
If you would like to know who has been allocated as your named GP, please contact the practice and one of the reception staff will be happy to inform you of this.
If you would like to be allocated a different doctor as your named GP, please inform either the reception staff or your doctor and these requests can usually be accommodated.
Please also note that even though you have been allocated a named GP, you are still free to see any other doctor at this practice at any time.
PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP MINUTES ARE NOW AVAILABLE
Our last Patient Participation Group meeting was held on March 30th 2016 and minutes from the meeting can be downloaded here:
Dr Mudigonda PPG Meeting Minutes 30.03.2016
In addition, this file can be found in the "Patient Group" section of this website, along with the results from this year's Annual Patient Survey and this year's Survey Action Plan.
Many thanks to all PPG members who so kindly took the time and trouble to attend the meeting in March :)
FRIENDS AND FAMILY TEST
Between January 2016 and June 2016:
75 out of 76 respondents said that they would be either "extremely likely" or "likely" to recommend our services to friends and family. This is equal to 99%.
100% of responses were handwritten.
These results would not be possible without the trust that you have shown in our practice over the years. Please be assured that we are extremely grateful and are always here to help in any way we can.
The Friends and Family Test is a very short survey which asks you to rate our practice and say whether you would recommend our services to your friends and family. The FFT takes only a few minutes to complete so if you are interested:
- Please ask for a card from your GP/nurse after consultation
- Ask at reception for a card
- Simply complete on this website by clicking on the "Friend and Family Test" link opposite this page.
PLEASE NOTE: The website will be providing regular updates of the number of completed surveys the practice has received. However we will not be publishing any individual patient comments on our website at this time and will inform you as soon as the situation changes.
The premises are suitable for disabled persons providing for wheelchair access and a disabled persons toilet.
Our practice fully supports mothers who wish to breastfeed their baby. This may be done in public areas but should you require some privacy, please ask a member of staff who will be happy to arrange a room for you.
Need some privacy?
Please inform a member of staff if you wish to breastfeed your baby in private or discuss a matter away from the main reception area.
