I don’t think there are enough characters in this review box for me to clearly express my gratitude and appreciation for Dr Mudigonda. He is the most caring and thorough practitioner and I am truly so grateful that his is my GP. He goes above and beyond each time I have an appointment and he effortlessly makes me feel like a human being, not just another number, giving me time and really listening to what I have to discuss. Despite the current climate and stress the doctors and staff at the surgery face, I can always get an appointment for my young one same day if not next day. Dr Mudigonda and other members of the surgery listen and really take into account every factor to ensure that the right treatment is provided. I have been a patient at Dr. Mudigonda's practice for 14 years and have always received excellent service. All the staff are polite, pleasant and helpful. Having been a patient myself since i was born and now using the same practice for my little family, we have had many great experiences at Bilston Health Centre. Dr Mudigonda is a brilliant doctor who is always willing to listen and help you with your medical concerns. Having two children who have also suffered from febrile convulsions, its good to know you have a good group of doctors there on hand to help. Would highly recommend this practice to other people who are looking for doctors who care and are willing to go the extra mile for you. I have been with Dr V Mudigonda and his practice for a number of years now. During my appointments, the staff have always made me feel they understood my concerns and showed genuine empathy. Their expertise and willingness to discuss my situation till they are comfortable that I have understood what is going on, has always made me feel I have been thoroughly looked after. Their medical knowledge will always amaze me in how clear they have diagnosed my symptoms and how prompt they are on follow ups.
The Reception staff have always answered my queries and greeted me with a smile in person or with a pleasant tone on the phone. During COVID, despite not being able to go into the surgery, both Reception and Medical staff continued to take my needs seriously and were clear in their explanations of the new process and ensured I was comfortable with it.

Have been with these doctors for years always very helpful to my family. Will always try to accommodate appointments. Reception ladies lovely too when had dealing with them on phone and in person. Have been very professional polite courteous with any medical appointments  both on phone and in person. Best doctors I ever had for myself and family members..
